20101 E Buchanan Drive

Needs some work - opportunity knocks! Recently professionally cleaned and liveable 1980 built tri-level with a one car attached garage. Ground level living / dining / kitchen, 2 bedrooms / one bath upper, one bedroom/bathroom suite in lower level. Nicely treed, corner lot that just needs a little love - a great summer project! Nice layout inside - the closet doors that have been removed are all in the garage (one of the doors is broken). Needs new carpet, kitchen cabinets could use a little TLC, swamp cooler has been winterized. Crawl space appears to be damp in places - possibly from a problematic sprinkler line and exterior hose bib. Sprinkler is currently broken and needs to be repaired. Does have an old dish and alarm system that are no longer in service. Great location for DIA or defense workers based at Buckley, the RTD 15 line runs through the neighborhood.
